You would think that an operating system could fit comfortably on an 8 GB SSD drive? Not without a fuss it seems:

Since Windows 7 is being made available as essentially an installable demo I wanted to see how it performs on a Netbook. The default takes up something like 16 GB of minimum disk space. Which is a bit out of hand considering that it is just an operating system.
